If you are a customer, you have the right to cancel the contract within 7 working days of delivery of goods by letter or email. If you cancel, you must return the goods to us together with the invoice to our trading address at your own expense. We will deduct the direct costs of recovery from the credit or debit card refund if you do not comply or if you return them at our expense.

Returns complete with in their undamaged, original packaging are accepted within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. However, if you do not like a product and wish to exchange it (provided it is unopened), you are responsible for return postage costs. Damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Beauty Republic does not take responsibility for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit and would advise that goods be returned by Insured Registered Delivery and proof of postage is retained.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used goods and take no responsibility for the supplier product packaging, although we are able to customer feedback to the supplier, should this be appropriate.

We regret that postage, packing and insurance are direct costs and cannot be refunded.
