Beauty Republic’s website (“our site”) is made available to you pursuant to the following Terms of Service and any other rules posted on our site (“the TOS”). By clicking on the “I accept” button you agree to be bound by the TOS. If you do not agree to be bound by the TOS, click on the “I do not accept” button whereupon you may not use or access our site. From time to time we may change the TOS and your continued use of our site signifies your acceptance of these changes.

1. USE OF OUR SITE

We are Taz Products Limited, an English registered company (number 5089999). We trade as Beauty Republic and our trading address and registered office is Unit 2, 82 Craven Gardens, Wimbledon, London, SW19 8LU. Our other contact details are listed in the About Us section of our site. Nothing in the TOS affects your statutory rights as a consumer. The TOS shall be governed by English law and any disputes will be decided only by the English courts. If any part of the TOS is deemed ineffective for any reason, the remainder shall continue in full force. Neither party is liable for failure to perform or delay in performing any obligation (excluding payment) under this agreement if the failure or delay is caused by any circumstances beyond its reasonable control. The products displayed on our site can only be ordered and delivered within the United Kingdom. All products sold on Beauty Republic are EU compliant.

You may need to register to use some of the features of our site and from time to time we may change registration requirements. You are required when registering to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects, and must notify us immediately of any changes to this information by amending this yourself in the My Account section of our site.

You acknowledge and agree that we have the right to access and disclose your information in order to comply with applicable laws and lawful government requests and to protect Beauty Republic or its users. You acknowledge and agree that Beauty Republic may pass your information to other associated companies and selected third parties for analysis and/or to enable them to contact you about products or services which may be of interest to you. You can opt-out of having your information shared by such third parties when we first collect information about you. We shall share your personal information with companies and organisations in order to perform credit checks and you hereby consent to us doing so.

Our site is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any content, software, products or services contained within our site. You may not use our site or any of its content to further any commercial purpose including any advertising or advertising revenue generation activity on your own site.

You use our site at your own risk and agree that you will be personally responsible for your use of our site and for all your communication and activity on our site. We reserve the right to deny you access to our site or any part thereof at any time without prior notice. We have sole discretion to determine that you engaged in prohibited activities, did not respect other users or otherwise breached the TOS, we may deny you access to our site on a temporary or permanent basis and our decision to do so is final.

2. PURCHASING

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment is in advance by credit or debit card on our site or by telephone or by personal cheque for mail order purchases. We will only process payments if we obtain authorisation. The price of the goods you order is clearly stated on our site in pounds sterling and VAT is included unless we say otherwise. We reserve the right to change the price of goods at any time before you send us your order. If we misprice any item by mistake, we are not obliged to supply at that price provided we notify you prior to despatch. We deliver worldwide to the address that you specify when ordering the goods and is charged at the rate you select when you place your order. Orders are despatched at Royal Mail First Class unless you have chosen Next Day Delivery, for which an extra charge is payable. A gift wrapping service is also available at an extra cost. Orders to UK addresses over £75 and to International addresses over £150 are delivered free of charge.

Your order is an offer to buy from us. Please check it carefully to ensure that it is correct before submitting it. We will send you a confirmation of your order by email once the order is placed and payment authorised. Please check this and notify us of any amendments prior to despatch. This confirmation constitutes a binding contract between us. Ownership of the goods shall not pass to you before we have received cleared payment for such goods. Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro/Switch, Solo, Delta and Visa Electron and will be debited and cleared from your account at the time that your order is accepted by Beauty Republic. You confirm that the credit or debit card being used is yours. All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Beauty Republic, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We reserve the right to withdraw any merchandise from our site at any time and may refuse to process any transaction or refuse service to anyone for any reason at our sole discretion.

All in-stock goods are despatched within 10 working days if purchased by credit or debit card or in 20 working days if paid for by personal cheque. Company cheques are not accepted. If for any reason the product ordered is not in stock you will be notified as soon as possible and given an expected delivery date. We will not substitute with an unrequested alternative product. You will not be charged a subsequent delivery charge should a product be temporarily out of stock.

Returns completed in their original, undamaged packing are accepted within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. However, if you do not like a product and wish to exchange it (provided it is unopened), you are responsible for return postage costs. Damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Beauty Republic does not take responsibility for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit and would advise that goods be returned by Insured Registered Delivery and proof of postage is retained.

If you are a customer, you have the right to cancel the contract within 7 working days of delivery of goods by letter or email. If you cancel, you must return the goods to us together with the invoice to our trading address at your own expense. We will deduct the direct costs of recovery from the credit or debit card refund if you do not comply or if you return them at our expense. We regret that postage, packaging and insurance are direct costs and cannot be refunded.
